Members may reserve courts up to two days in advance for a maximum of either one hour per day per member family during prime time or two hours per day per member family during non-prime time. Prime time runs from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 5 p.m. to dusk on both weekdays and weekends. All other times are non-prime. Reservations begin on the hour.

The charge for guests is $10/guest. Included in the term "guests" are house guests, non-member tennis instructors, and any children of members who are themselves married, or who live in separate homes.

Members and guests are required to wear appropriate attire. Shirts must be worn at all times. Predominately white is recommended but not required. Only regulation tennis shoes (flat-soled) may be worn on the tennis courts. It is important to sweep the court and brush the lines after each use. If the Har-Tru is excessively dry, when possible, members should turn on the sprinklers for five to no more than ten minutes.
